महाशिवरात्रि विशेष.

बहुत से लोग शिव और शंकर को एक ही मानते है, परन्तु वास्तव में इन दोनों में भिन्नता है | आप देखते है कि दोनों की प्रतिमाएं भी अलग-अलग आकार वाली होती है | शिव की प्रतिमा अण्डाकार अथवा अंगुष्ठाकार होती है जबकि महादेव शंकर की प्रतिमा शारारिक आकार वाली होती है | यहाँ उन दोनों का अलग-अलग परिचय, जो कि परमपिता परमात्मा शिव ने अब स्वयं हमे समझाया है तथा अनुभव कराया है स्पष्ट किया जा रह है :-

महादेव शंकर

१. यह ब्रह्मा और विष्णु की तरह सूक्ष्म शरीरधारी है | इन्हें ‘महादेव’ कहा जाता है परन्तु इन्हें ‘परमात्मा’ नहीं कहा जा सकता |
२. यह ब्रह्मा देवता तथा विष्णु देवता की रथ सूक्ष्म लोक में, शंकरपुरी में वास करते है |
३. ब्रह्मा देवता तथा विष्णु देवता की तरह यह भी परमात्मा शिव की रचना है |
४. यह केवल महाविनाश का कार्य करते है, स्थापना और पालना के कर्तव्य इनके कर्तव्य नहीं है |

परमपिता परमात्मा शिव

१. यह चेतन ज्योति-बिन्दु है और इनका अपना कोई स्थूल या सूक्ष्म शरीर नहीं है, यह परमात्मा है |
२. यह ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा शंकर के लोक, अर्थात सूक्ष्म देव लोक से भी परे ‘ब्रह्मलोक’ (मुक्तिधाम) में वास करते है |
३. यह ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा शंकर के भी रचियता अर्थात ‘त्रिमूर्ति’ है |
४. यह ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा शंकर द्वारा महाविनाश और विष्णु द्वारा विश्व का पालन कराके विश्व का कल्याण करते है |

शिव का जन्मोत्सव रात्रि में क्यों ?

‘रात्रि’ वास्तव में अज्ञान, तमोगुण अथवा पापाचार की निशानी है | अत: द्वापरयुग और कलियुग के समय को ‘रात्रि’ कहा जाता है | कलियुग के अन्त में जबकि साधू, सन्यासी, गुरु, आचार्य इत्यादि सभी मनुष्य पतित तथा दुखी होते है और अज्ञान-निंद्रा में सोये पड़े होते है, जब धर्म की ग्लानी होती है और जब यह भरत विषय-विकारों के कर्ण वेश्यालय बन जाता है, तब पतित-पावन परमपिता परमात्मा शिव इस सृष्टि में दिव्य-जन्म लेते है | इसलिए अन्य सबका जन्मोत्सव तो ‘जन्म दिन’ के रूप में मनाया जाता है परन्तु परमात्मा शिव के जन्म-दिन को ‘शिवरात्रि’ (Birth-night) ही कहा जाता है |चित्र में जो कालिमा अथवा अन्धकार दिखाया जाता  है वह अज्ञानान्धकार अथवा विषय-विकारों की रात्रि का घोतक है | ज्ञान-सूर्य शिव के प्रकट होने से सृष्टि से अज्ञानान्धकार तथा विकारों का नाशजब इस प्रकार अवतरित होकर ज्ञान-सूर्य परमपिता परमात्मा शिव ज्ञान-प्रकाश देते है तो कुछ ही समय में ज्ञान का प्रभाव सारे विश्व में फ़ैल जाता है और कलियुग तथा तमोगुण के स्थान पर संसार में सतयुग और सतोगुण कि स्थापना हो जाती है और अज्ञान-अन्धकार का तथा विकारों का विनाश हो जाता है | सारे कल्प में परमपिता परमात्मा शिव के एक अलौकिक जन्म से थोड़े ही समय में यह सृष्टि वेश्यालय से बदल कर शिवालय बन जाती है और नर को श्री नारायण पद तथा नारी को श्री लक्ष्मी पद का प्राप्ति हो जाती है | इसलिए शिवरात्रि हीरे तुल्य है |

“ॐ नम: शिवाय” वह मूल मंत्र है, जिसे कई सभ्यताओं में महामंत्र माना गया है। इस मंत्र का अभ्यास विभिन्न आयामों में किया जा सकता है। इन्हें पंचाक्षर कहा गया है, इसमें पांच मंत्र हैं। ये पंचाक्षर प्रकृति में मौजूद पांच तत्वों के प्रतीक हैं और शरीर के पांच मुख्य केंद्रों के भी प्रतीक हैं। इन पंचाक्षरों से इन पांच केंद्रों को जाग्रत किया जा सकता है। ये पूरे तंत्र (सिस्टम) के शुद्धीकरण के लिए बहुत शक्तिशाली माध्यम हैं।

महाशिवरात्रि का मूल

पुराणों में महाशिवरात्रि को लेकर कई तरह के वृत्तांत हैं। जिसमें सबसे अधिक प्रचलित है शिकारी द्वारा अनजाने में की गई शिवरात्रि की कथा । लेकिन यह कथा शिवरात्रि के व्रतफल की कथा है न कि इसकी मूल कथा। मूल कथा कुछ इस प्रकार है -

"शिव परंब्रह्म हैं। सृष्टि उनकी ही परिकल्पना है सृष्टि के अस्तित्व में आने के पहले चारों और सर्वव्यापक अन्धकार होता है। तब शिव सृष्टि की परिकल्पना करते हैं। ब्रह्माण्ड की रचना करते हैं, त्रिदेवों का गठन होता है। तथा सृष्टि अस्तित्व में आती है। माना जाता है कि सृष्टि के प्रारंभ में इसी दिन मध्य रात्रि परंब्रह्म शिव का ब्रह्मा से रुद्र के रूप में अवतरण हुआ। प्रलय की वेला में इसी दिन प्रदोष के समय भगवान शिव तांडव करते हुए ब्रह्मांड को तीसरे नेत्र की ज्वाला से समाप्त कर देते हैं। इसीलिए इसे महाशिवरात्रि अथवा कालरात्रि कहा गया।"

जब कल्प के समाप्ति पर शिव सृष्टि को विलीन कर देतें हैं तो एक बार फिर रह जाता है – सिर्फ अन्धकार। ऐसे ही एक अवसर पर (जब पूरी सृष्टि अँधकार में डूबी हुई थी) पार्वतीजी ने शिवजी की पूर्ण मनोयोग से साधना की। शिव जी ने प्रसन्न होकर पार्वती जी को वर दिया। पार्वतीजी ने महादेव से यह वर मांगा कि जो कोई भी इस दिन अगर आपकी साधना करे तो आप उस पर प्रसन्न हो जांए तथा मनवांछित वर प्रदान करें। इस प्रकार पार्वती जी के वर के प्रभाव से शिवरात्रि का प्रारम्भ हुआ।

एक अन्य पुराण कथा के अनुसार जब सागर मंथन के समय सागर से कालकेतु विष निकला तब शिव ने संसार के रक्षा हेतु सम्पूर्ण विष का पान कर लिया और नीलकंठ कहलाए। इसी अवसर को महाशिवरात्रि के रूप में मनाया जाता है। महाशिवरात्रि के अवसर पर ही शिव-पार्वती का विवाह भी सम्पन्न हुआ था। फाल्गुन कृष्ण-चतुर्दशी की महानिशा में आदिदेव कोटि सूर्यसमप्रभ शिवलिंग के रुप में आविर्भूत हुए थे। फाल्गुन के पश्चात वर्ष चक्र की भी पुनरावृत्ति होती है अत: फाल्गुन कृष्ण चतुर्दशी की रात्रि को पूजा करना एक महाव्रत है जिसका नाम महाशिवरात्रि व्रत पड़ा।

अब कुछ साधना के बारे मे जानते है,यह साधना दर्द-पीडा निवारण हेतु हैं। दर्द या पीड़ा एक अप्रिय अनुभव होता है। इसका अनुभव कई बार किसी चोट, ठोकर लगने, किसी के मारने, किसी घाव में नमक या आयोडीन आदि लगने से होता है। इस साधना से पेट दर्द,कमर दर्द,जबड़े का दर्द, आधा शिर दर्द,घुटनों का दर्द,अंगुष्ठ का दर्द.....इत्यादि पीडाये समाप्त होता है।

साधना विधी:-

महाशिवरात्रि के दिन शाम को 7 बजे से मंत्र जाप शुरु करें। आसन,वस्त्र,दिशा का कोइ बंधन नही है। रुद्राक्ष माला से 11 माला जाप करने से मंत्र सिद्धि होगा ।मंत्र सिद्धि के बाद एक ग्लास शुद्ध जल पर 108 बार मंत्र बोलते हुए 3 फुंक लगाये और वह अभिमंत्रीत जल रोगी को पिलादे । इस प्रकार से रोगी को 3-7 दिन तक लगातार अभिमंत्रीत जल पिलाने से हर प्रकार के शारिरिक पीडा और दर्द से राहत मिलता है। मंत्र सिद्धि के समय जैसे मैने मंत्र दिया उसी तरहा जाप करे और रोगी को अभिमंत्रीत जल पिलाते समय "अमुक"के जगहा पीडा को बोलकर 108 बार मंत्र बोलना है जैसे  "पेट दर्द पीडा जाए",इस तरहा बोलने का विधान है ।

मंत्र:-

।। शंकर शंकर खोज जाई,शंकर बैठे जंगल जाई,सब देवन की जय जय मनाय,ब्रम्हा विष्णु पुजे जाय,अमुक पीडा दर्द जाए ।।
